How do you post a 2 BR lock off for sale

Do you post it as a 1BR and a 2BR?

Lockoff = two separate units with separate entrances connected by an inside door .... it would be posted as 2 one bedrooms are one two bedroom.

It's a 2 bedroom. In the description you explain that it's a lock-off; i.e., a 1 bedroom and an efficiency.
