When the resort says all inlcusive, does the amount I pay only include the room or does it inlcude the all inclusive part as well. If not, how do I know the cost per person for the all inclusive?

It does not include the AI fee. If the info is not included in the ad you would need to contact the person to check. If you still go ahead and rent , you should confirm the current AI fee with the resort as well. The least expensive AI's are going to be in the $45-65 per person per day range. The higher end may be in the $300-$400 range per person per day (pppd). Most are going to be in the $85-125 pppd range. You will also want to verify what is included and what is not.
