Timeshare Companies

Has anyone used HELP4TSO

Jan 05, 2021

I have used them and not sure who scammed me more, the timeshare or this company that was supposed to cancel my time share. So In a brief summary of how this fake company works is this! Danielle will take your money and tell you to stop paying your timeshare payments, after several months maybe 1 year or so the time share will forclose on the property and in her eyes the timeshare is done. You can argue with her which will allow her to pass her fake work on to the credit specialist team "also BS" so she can lie and keep you on standby for 7 to 10 years until it just falls off report. They will not give you a refund and will not do what they claim they can do. Save your money.

NO entity on Planet Earth can just unilaterally "cancel" the legal obligations of timeshare ownership --- including HELP4TSO.

It's a real shame that parasitic "exit / relief/ escape / relief" operations like this one (..and there are many others like them) somehow manage to convince people otherwise and then have those folks voluntarily pay them good money to accomplish absolutely nothing.

There are no "magic acts" or "secret escape passages" to evade the legal obligations of a timeshare ownership. NONE. You either have to sell it, give it away, pay someone to take ownership, deed it back to the HOA (if the HOA will agree to accept it, that is) --- or just stop paying and let them ultimately foreclose. These are the only avenues of departure from ownership --- and none of them requires or involves ever paying a penny to any utterly useless so-called "exit company".

There is an old saying that "A fool and his money are soon parted". Don't become someone who proves that old saying to be true.

Yes, Greg G., you summed it up pretty nicely how these so-called "cancel" timeshare companies work. That's why it's not recommended to use them.
