Luxury hotel never built. Now starting a Points program,with claims to pay off cash for purchases, after buying their credit card-$1150. Anyone with experience with this formerly non-payoff operation?

Yeah right..........try getting anything from them. They just want more money from you and then they refuse to talk to you again.
