Rental

Jun 01, 2016

Can someone who has a Redweek account rent a timeshare unit for someone else? And if so, who's responsible for the contract/escrow payment? Any help greatly appreciated

Be careful of this type approach. ONLY rent from the owner him or herself.

Thanks for the support. I'm hesitant about renting to anyone who is acting as a "third" party.

I rent to 3rd party's, they send you full money upfront for your rental. No returns, free and clear > no waiting. They will have a contract to the renters themselves, the only thing left for you to do would be putting the reservation in the name of the renter.

If you don't get paid you don't put the name on the reservation.
