DEED vs. RTU

What is the difference between DEED vs. RTU ownership?

Right to use (RTU) means you do not own any deed or property like a house or condo. You just basically own a contract to pay maintenance fees and then use or rent out your unit. There is usually also an expiry date, usually anywhere from 25-99 years.

With a deed, you own actual real estate like a house or a condo.
