Question about pacifica golf/ixtapa ?

l know that we are nuts,but we will be at the pacifica golf/ixtapa the lst week in august,my wife teaches summer school. What is the place like? we have been to many timeshares on exchange over the years,and the level of services ranges all over the spectrum.
