double lockout

i have a double lockout at creek side village Basye Va. 24a & 24b a stair connects the 2 but door has lock top and bottom of stairs, could that be sold or rented as 2 units?

Usually you can rent a lock out as two separate units as long as you have a reservation through your resort for each separate section. Some resorts charge a fee to lock off into 2 reservations. When selling you cannot divide the deed into separate partial units.
