If i would buy a Marriott time share through RedWeek, would I then have the same "privileges" that I would have if I would of purchased through Marriott directly? For instance, ability to book other properties in other locations?

No, your privileges are limited, I don't think you can use the points as hotel points. We sat through a presentation last year and there were limits to the points...
