All-Inclusive fees?

Hi there, We got a week from someone here many years ago, and it was fine. But I forget the details on how it works with an all-inclusive Mexico resort. We buy the week from someone here, and then we still have to pay fees at resort, yes? Any way to find details to this before I pony up the massive money (lol) to Redweek to contact the renters? If the resort is connected with RCI, you can look on RCI's website and look up the resort. It will tell you whether the resort is mandatory or optional all-inclusive.
