Rental ads have a foot note stating "government fees paid directly to resort by renter." Is this a sales tax or some other fee? What would I expect as additional cost other than my payment to the party renting the suite?

call Interval Servicing, AKA ISCO, at 800 930 5050 to ask about this. If you are not a Royal Resort member, you might have an occupancy fee, something like $7-10 per day, paid at the front desk when you check in.
