Has anyone ever asked to change their RedWeek representative assigned to them for their full-service resale account?

From the beginning, May 3rd, I have had nothing but grief from this person which I really don't understand as I thought we'd be on the same page. I chose them to help me sell my place, right? Wondering if I made a mistake with the full service?
