Westin Nanae ownership

Hey guys I own a 2 bd at Nanae in Maui and went for a owners meeting today. Well of course they are trying to talk me into doing every year instead of every other year like we have now. We love coming to Hawaii and we will come every year. So my question is is it worth doing this again? We still owe $22k on our other deed, so adding this one will increase it to around $56k I believe. Please help with any info you can. I don’t know much about this even though I have one. We just like coni every year. I know after it’s paid off the. It will be worth it. But any help is appreciated
