New state statutes that increase all timeshare companies maintenance/reserve fees

I was told that my Marriott maintencance fee will go up from $2,000 to $10,000 per year for 10 years due to Ariz. Rev. Stat. § 32-2197.16 which is based off of what happened in Florida with florida structural integrity law. Have you hear about this?
