verified sales

Do all listings become verified? The weeks I am interested in are not protected and verified at this point? Thank you. Diane

Owners placing ads on RedWeek must pay (it's a very small fee) to have their listings "RedWeek Verified". It's an option; it is not "automatic". Personally, I think that it is just "penny wise and pound foolish" (...i.e., cheap) for any owner to not get their listing "RedWeek Verified", in order to voluntarily provide proof of their ownership legitimacy and to provide some peace of mind to prospective buyers and / or renters.

You can send a message to the owner and redweek to request the verification for those you would like. Some owners have it, but RedWeek may not yet have received it from the resort. Good to get it checked.
