Disclaimer for units posted with “view”.

I own a week at a coastal resort that has great views. However, views vary until 90 days out—that’s when the owner can request a specific unit. Most rental postings in Redweek for this resort claim to have an ocean view. Unless they have a specific unit number (which cannot be assigned until 90 days out), the posting is dishonest. I think Redweek should make general a disclaimer for resorts like this to inform potential renters. I have a verified listing, and they won’t allow me to list with an ocean view until I actually book one. While I respect the due-diligence on the part of Redweek, most of the listings (verified and unverified) on the site don’t identify their unit numbers. Those listings have an unfair advantage because they claim “ocean view”.
