If I live nearby, and I purchase a resale, will I have access to the amenities year-round? I know several owners who do this, but they purchased "new". Are there any restrictions for resale owners?

No restrictions for daily passes ....deeded owners treated same no matterwhere you bought the week. Front desk will limit passes however to avoidovercrowding
