Lakes of the North is located Southwest of Gaylord and Northeast of Traverse City in the heart of Northern Michigan. Enjoy 18 hole championship golf, two private lakes (with beaches, fishing and non-gas powered boats), horseback riding, tennis and an indoor pool. Winter activities include snowmobiling, cross-country skiing and tobogganing. Nearby are four major downhill ski areas, hunting, motor-boating and Casinos. This beautiful area is host to a number of outdoor activities while offering a peaceful and relaxing setting, and will be enjoyed by all members of the family.
