Will there be direct access across the street to the beach during road construction in 2020?

According to the resort staff, the road construction has been completedand there is direct access to the beach.

We were at LaCabana Dec 2019 and we had direct access to beach since roadupgrade completed. There is a new bike and pedestrian lane along thebeach that we enjoyed walking every morning & evening toward Costa Lindaresort. There is a new bypass to the airport that diverts traffic awayfrom beach road too so there was LESS traffic by LaCabana & AmsterdamManor Hotel than last two years. We heard good news about plans to expandAIRPORT with additional runway & terminal by 2030 too.
