Is there on site parking? Is there a daily parking fee? Is there a daily "service" fee?

I am an owner here and asked the resort if I would want to rent my unitout would the renter have to pay the resort fee and they said no. Resortfees apply to bookings on the non-owner floors. There is free parking onsite and an overflow parking lot across the street.

If you are an owner, they do not charge you the resort fee.

The resort does have on-site parking and it is included in the dailyresort service fee of $15. Only one car per unit is included in this fee.
