Does owning here get you access to the golf courses? Or is that a separate membership?

It can come with the membership. Some early owners get to play the Dunescourse except Wed when it is closed for maint, on this day they can playEl Cardonel. Later members primarily play El Cardonel (designed by Tiger)where the PGA tour is 2 to 5 Nov 2023 and get to play the Dunes on Satwhen El Cardonel is closed for maint. 100% sure of above. From a sales guy, on an "update" we were told that the golf can not betransferred with the ownership. And they were no longer selling golfattached to an ownership. Info was from a sales guy, so beware! But in2021we overhead a new buyer say his new purchase came with golf. Was helying or the sales guy was. Read more »
