We had a similiar situation and are still waiting our full refund, almost 6 months later. He will send a refund contract that restricts you from posting reviews and then he will never send your money. It is against the Consumer Review Fairness Act to penalize or threaten lawsuits for people posting honest reviews. Report this to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.
