I've been reading the docs on the Marriott owners' site, seems like there's more info than back in the summer now. I still don't see what happens to the deed, presumably it gets transferred to some Marriott entity ? Is that what the enrollment fee is for, in part ? I'm talking specifically about Maui Ocean Club (original building(s)).
