I presume from what you say that the early payment is a requirement of the exchange company (ie Redweek) rather than the resort? I understand that I can deposit my 2008 week with RCI without paying 2008 maintenance until it becomes due.

Hi Pete,

We cannot take ownership of the week if the maintenance fee hasn't been paid. That's a resort rule, so it has to be our rule in order for the exchange program to work.
