    The unit has a balcony overlooking Burgundy Street and is 2 blocks from Bourbon Street. The complex has an arrangement for off-site parking about one block away and in the morning there are doughnuts and a self-serve Bloody Mary bar poolside. Also, owners can stay at the resort at reduced daily rates when it is not their week in case they want to come at a different time other than their fixed week.
