Just read your posts and to add my comments: we bought a deeded 4 bedroom 7 years ago and were impressed with the accomodations, etc. We joined Club Sunterra for the point exchange ability and during their reorganization period the exchange Club (RCI) was changed to II. I believe this was politics and now we can only excahnge our points through II. It doesn't matter to us as we stay at Powhatan when in Williamsburg (just retruned from a great Christmas vacation). We think Powhatan has it all over many of the other resorts, even though it is older. Although we are no longer an owner (converted to elite members with ownership at 13 Sunterra resorts) we will continue to use Powhatan with our points.
