I am considering selling my week 24 C&D 2 bdrm units because of the poor tradability. Do you think it is just because Powhatan is not gold star? We could have bought Greensprings resale instead of Powhatan resale but liked Powhatan's facilities better. I have not banked my 2008 weeks yet.
