Parking is more convenient in the Lahaina building as the bigger lot is adjacent to that unit. It is a decent walk to park in the Lahaina lot once the small Napili lot fills up early evening.
Comparing the 3 bedroom units in the two building, the Napili building has a larger lanai and a wider expanse of windows that provides the best view of any of the units.
