[Q=wiscombe] Concerning RedWeek rental ads, I recently listed my Christmas Powhatan week (51), C/D units, starting in Apr and running thru Sept, and got not a single bite. Not one. I find this inexplicable.[/Q] I am an owner at The Manhattan Club and we have never stayed there and have always gone somewhere else and have great trade ability. I would never want to trade it for Williamsburg at Christmas time..I would go warmer...... Kathy
