I just got a call from a company called "Deep Sky Property Specialists" wanting to buy this time share from me. Anybody heard of these guys? I checked them out and it looks like a brand new company with no track record (smells like time share scam already!). The person I spoke with said that he has a buyer who is trying to buy up as many 2BR/Multiple week units as possible in order to gain a controlling interest. They are not asking for any upfront fees, and said they only get paid when the sales is complete, with nothing out of pocket for the seller. Just wondering if any of you have gotten this same call and what do you think about it? Thanks, Tim
