We own several units at the Maui Ocean Club and are enjoying our 2 bedroom OF unit this week. We are in the Lanai tower so are near the construction and I agree it’s not bothersome. They’re still on schedule to open the first new tower (Lahaina tower) in June 2007 and the other new tower (Napilli tower) will be ready in early 2009. We just took a tour of the model for the new towers and the rooms are, of course, very nice. Prices for the two bedroom units are $66,000 and up. And the first new tower is 85% sold-out thus far. The Molokai tower has been completely rennovated and they are going to start a total renovation of the Lanai tower in early 2007.
