Ahhh, after lisa's explanation, it would seem this company is renting out exchanged weeks FOR PROFIT using 'guest ceritficates' but wording them as 'gift certificates'. This is totally against RCI, II and all the independent exchange companies' rules.
I thought the word 'gift certificate' sounded fishy. So if this company is caught doing this by the exchange companies, they will be in much more hot water than they are with just their disgruntled clients posting here.
Rentals of exchanges for profit is a big NO-NO.
