Carl here. I'm new at forum participation, but here goes. I have an Americap International Corp. tale to add to the mix.My wife sent AIC an advance of $699 to advertise the sale of our timeshare in Austin, TX. We received a contract, a receipt for the money, and a signed guarantee that we would receive 100% or our money back after 180 days if the timeshare didn't sell. The 180 days was up August 26. I have not heard from Chris nor AIC. E-mails to AIC are not answered, nor are calls to Chris Woods cell phone. Any ideas as to how I can make contact with either Woods or the company to get our money returned?
