I guess my husband and I have been scammed too. We aslo have been trying to get ahold of Mr. David Bell with OMS, and have left numerous messages for him...with of course NO RESPONSE!!! We were charged $714 for them to supposedly sell our timeshare, but that was back in Jan. or Feb(I can't remember) and they have NEVER been in contact since!!! I guess I'm going to try and complain to our CC company, and contest the charges tomorrow, and see if it's even a possibility at this late a date!! If not, we would definitely be interested in joining a class action suit against them...I'm so sick of people scamming those of us that do work hard for our money - and it has to STOP!! I wish we would have never gone with this company! They even went so far as to tell us that if we sold or timeshare before they did, or were unhappy with their service that they would give us a full refund!! This sounded great to us, but now look...it's kinda hard to get a REFUND when you can't even get s return phone call, huh?? Anyways, let us know if you get a class action going against them.
