A few days ago in the "Buying, Renting, Selling" forum here on Redweek, I addressed some of the practical aspects and realities of filing any such class action suit. While I'm not trying to be a pessimist on the subject, I do have a strong legal background and perspective on the subject and I don't want folks to have false hopes. As stated in that post, I believe that approach would be expensive, lengthy --- and ultimately futile. That's just my personal opinion, which you are free to consider or ignore as you may see fit.
