I really like the idea but I was disappointed in the points assigned for my February school vacation efficiency unit at Marriott's Ocean Pointe in Palm Beach Shores. I have always been able to exchange this unit for a summer unit through Interval International. When I looked at the points required for what few units were available, I would have had to pay double my points just to get into a lower tier facility. It may have been a 1 bedroom but realistically, it wasn't a true match up. I ended up getting a 1 bedroom with full kitchen in a 5 star (Interval's) resort in Williamsburg through Interval. This could be one of the reasons why the exchange program is not taking off as quickly as hoped. Value pulled for some of these units are not comparable.
