I am so glad I googled this Company. I paid them $495.00 to rent my timeshare. Same thing, they promised me it would get rented and promised that they could get me a certain amount of money for it. I received a random e-mail saying that they were "still working on it" and replied that I wanted to sell instead. Originally I was told that the fee I paid could sell it OR rent it. Apparently now that is not the case. Same guy Chris Brooks is now telling me he wants almost $3700.00 upfront to sell my timeshare. I am in the real estate business in PA and I never charge up front. That is like a realtor charging their commission up front before they even put the property up for sale. I cannot get him to stop calling me now. He wants $999.00 to sell it and guarantees it will be sold. I actually considered signing up and loosing even more money until I came to this site. I would gladly be a part of anything that will shut these guys down and keep them from stealing any more money.
