I still have not receive my confirmation but I am waiting it out. I was told 30 days which will be in about a week or so. I figure it's not a big deal since I paid with a credit card and will simply dispute what will clearly be a fraudulent transaction. I can't imagine how Americap could walk away with any money from me unless they are working against some credit card loophole I'm not aware of. I guess that's why I'm continuing to be optimistic. Please feel free to let me know if you think there is a reason I should be immediately concerned.

Mike: My only observation and recommendation would be to make very sure that you don't miss the time "window" on disputing your credit card charge, whatever that window may be with your particular card issuer. I would also remind you that the credit card dispute must be filed in writing, with supporting facts and information (and documentation, as available). A phone call simply does NOT cut it as far as a validly filed dispute. Good luck.
