Contacting the Attorney General's office is a good idea. Doing so by phone, however, is a waste of your time and theirs. They will neither entertain nor process any "telephone" complaints from any person at any time. Complaints must be filed in writing, clealry outlining the facts and dates and known names and addresses and providing, as available, any and all available and pertinent documentation. A mere telephone call will be summarily ignored -- except perhaps to provide you with the mailing address to which to properly submit your written, signed complaint.
