Fwiw, after nearly 40 years of personal experience with various aspects of the timeshare industry, I have NEVER heard of this (alleged) "closing" entity called “In Less Time Closings” except for brief mention of it here in this one RedWeek thread. In any event, I recommend avoiding this unknown entity and using one of the (numerous) well known, long established and reliable closing entities instead.
Why would anyone ever consider using an obscure, unknown "closing" entity with no verifiable track record when there are numerous other well established options?
