I posted a rental listing 5 months ago and paid extra to have the ad verified. Every time except one time that I checked my ad was not on the rental page. I contacted them twice and got no satisfaction. You send them a notice through the website and don't hear back for days. I expect a refund from Red week for this listing as it was not posted as it should have been. Anyone else have this problem?
