Hi. My family and I are looking at either Hilton Grand Vacay or Marriott based on the number of activities for kids on property. I tried calling Red Week but the person was....unable....to answer some of my questions. Maybe you great folks can based on your experiences?

- If I want to exchange my week elsewhere for a unit of the same size, what are the appx. exchange costs?

- Are there fees on top of annual maintenance? (Cleaning fee per stay, other, etc)

- Although unlikely, what happens if the resort you buy into happens to fold?

- If I want to rent out my week, can I do so on my own? If resort management has to do it by rule, what do they charge?
