Just received this same scam, but the first part was recorded, and the second part was samantha davis, who almost forgot her own name :). Wanted me to call her at 866-444-4330. Said she was with the processing and dispatch center.
Called from a 214-817-4139 number which I am sure was spoofed to look local.
