I think these companies are all scams. There is no way anyone can “clear” the loan or get their money back that easily. If you really want to get out of your timeshare, you should contact Wyndham directly or consult a lawyer, do not believe the promises. Anyone who receives a similar call should be careful, record it as evidence and report it to avoid others being scammed.
