I just received a call from a Robert Steele of Capital Real Estate Advisory Group LLC. They are saying they will buy our Vallarta Gardens rip off time share. Has anyone else heard of this or dealt with them? Only a phone call now and on the call they are offering basically what we paid for it.

I don't want to get ripped off twice! I do see a reply where it is mentioned this could simply be Vallarta Gardens operating under the guise of a brokerage LLC.
