I have a fully paid Villa Del Palmar Cabo timeshare which is under the Universal Vacation Club management (USA) for membership accounts. I want to do a deed surrender back since I rarely use the timeshare unit.

I need suggestions or possibly shared experiences for the same or similar timeshare unit in Mexico.
