Re: Travel To Go (by Selena B.):

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM Several Law Suits Pending

I signed up with Travel to Go in Connecticut back on March 31, 2005. Back then my fiance now husband and I vacationed twice a year and I thought it would save us a ton of money. The presenter bragged about the 40% -70% off we would save on airline tickets, car rentals, entertainment, short 3 day 2 night and last minute trips. I tried for 6 months to use the membership and to receive the amazing savings. I tried the short weekend get aways to the Poconos, Atlantic City, Las Vegas, 8 day 7 night Carribean resorts, plane tickets, nothing was every available when I wanted to travel even after providing several alternative dates. When something was available I found cheaper deals on the internet so much for savings. I complained and was basically told I had buyer's remorse or just couldn't afford the membership. Well my husband and I have since gone to Las Vegas twice, Disney twice, Sesame Place three times, and Jamaica. The Connecticut Attorney General received so many complaints he filed a lawsuit against Travel to Go. However, they just re-register with a new owner, new management, and new name and continue to scam people. Its been 4 years and I haven't received a dime back.
