I don't know how long ago this was done, but if within 30 days, I would suggest you ask for revocation of the contract you signed and your money back. If that doesn't work, I suggest you discuss details with a good lawyer. He may want to take the case to court if the timeshare seller will not cooperate. There's a good chance they will offer a partial settlement with the timeshare company. If not, he should suggest you take them to court on a contingency fee basis. A good lawyer would accept such because you have a good case and he will accept a percentage of the $11,000 you have invested. Good luck! Let us know how it all comes out.
