Our friends bought 3 units directly from the developer and last year had unit oceanview unit 341.
We bought ours at a really low resale price and just got back from staying in unit 341.
They say they rotate, one year it's a garden (parking lot) view, then ocean view then ocean front. From what I've seen, that is exactly how it works.
