Timeshare was like a disease to me. Once I experienced my first get-away at the Tree tops Resorts I couldn't get enough. I signed up for a Vacation Villa and a Wyndham Vacation Club Package. After owning these properties for a few years I grew tired of them as did my friends and family. So i was literally wasting money away on an annual maintenance fee to a room that had not been used therefor in need of no maintenance. ECM came into my life and helped me with the rental process. I got to keep my places in case I should feel as if I wanted to use them but until that day came they helped get the few weeks I had rented out and that maintenance fee taken care of but not out of my pocket. so all in all, yes ECM worked for me.
